- In the center of our attention, is the customer, with his pain and problems which need to be formulated, checked, and solved by the value of our product.
- The ideas of the founder/business leader, are unproven delusions and hypothesis that need to be confirmed or denied.
- The development has been done successively, and begins the search and validation of the client and continues with the attracting of clients and building/developing/scaling of the company
- Understanding of human psychology, revealing behavior patterns and finding insights, are the key components of any startup or business.
I’m a practical expert in the usage of lean startup, and customer development methodology, which requires important tools such as problem and solution interviews.
