Customer development is a scientific approach to the creating and developing of a new startup, project, business, or a company which is based on several key principles:

  1. In the center of our attention, is the customer, with his pain and problems which need to be formulated, checked, and solved by the value of our product.
  2. The ideas of the founder/business leader, are unproven delusions and hypothesis that need to be confirmed or denied.
  3. The development has been done successively, and begins the search and validation of the client and continues with the attracting of clients and building/developing/scaling of the company
  1. Understanding of human psychology, revealing  behavior patterns and finding insights, are the key components of any startup or business.

I’m a practical expert in the usage of lean startup, and customer development methodology, which requires important tools such as problem and solution interviews.
